Meet the New McNair Scholars
The McNair program welcomes the 2008 cohort to the McNair family. After an aggressive selection process, a cohort of 25 new students have been added to our continuing scholars. Our new scholars embody the qualities that are required in order to become a McNair scholar. Aside from their adherence to the professional etiquette, we have been impressed by the hard work and commitment they have displayed throughout the research program this semester. The penchant that we have seen in our Summer 2008 cohort for new knowledge and understandings is another testament to the quality of students we have admitted to our program.
